Hi!!! my name is Elemer Yuan HUANG from School of Business and Management majoring in Economics, and this is my learning portfolio for LABU2060 in Fall 2024. In the photo to the right, I am on the far right, and these are my teammates: Angela (top left), Selina (bottom left), and Blanche (holding the phone).
After finished our business pitch for our innovation, GreenBaby Hub
, we took a picture with our dear professor May (In the middle dressed in grey)!
At the start of LABU2060, I faced communication challenges despite strong academic abilities in independent learning and critical thinking. Through lectures, peer practice, and leadership opportunities, I improved my ability to articulate ideas clearly and lead teams effectively. Professor May's guidance and regular practice helped bridge the gap between understanding and explanation. By semester's end, my communication and leadership skills had significantly improved, though I continue to work on further development. I’ve attached the detailed Before & After Self-Assessment below of this exciting process.
